  • Top 3 Overall Men and Women.

Age groups are based on the runner's age when the runner completes his or her first Grand Prix race of the year.

Double Winners: Participants can win awards in only one category with the exception of a Master’s winner. (i.e. if you are one of the top 3 overall, you will be pulled from your age group and the those below you will bump up). A Master's winners qualifying for an overall award will win both. (i.e. if you win overall and are a Master you will win both overall and Masters but not your age group).

Eligibility:All SAR members as of January 1, 2007 will be entered in the Grand Prix. To participate in the 2007 Grand Prix you must be a SAR member by July 1, 2007. If you become a SAR member by July 1, 2007 any 2007 Grand Prix race you have participated in will be counted retroactively. New Members who join after July 1, 2007 will not be counted in the 2007 Grand Prix, but will be eligible for the 2008 Grand Prix. If your membership expires after July 1, 2007, you will be pulled from the results.

As of July 1, 2007, all results will be re-calculated based on the July 1, 2007 SAR membership list. Final December results will be calculated based on a cross-referenced list of those who are SAR members on both July 1 and on the date of the Tucson Marathon and Half-Marathon (in early December).

Disputes:All result disputes will be adjudicated by a Rules Committee consisting of the Club President, the Club Vice-President, and the Grand Prix Committee Chair (unless the dispute involves one of these members, in which case the SAR Board of Directors will choose a replacement member of the Rules Committee).
