Road Options
|
A challenging, paved, 8-mile loop filled with hills you will not forget. As you descend the first downhill, Faceplant Hill, you will wonder what the street engineers must have been thinking when they decided to pave this cliff. At mile 4, you will begin a long, steady climb for about 2 miles. At the end of the climb, stop and climb the big rocks for a look across Tucson. If you can't hold it until you make it back to the Visitor's Center, take a left at the stop sign for a pit-stop at the picnic grounds.
