CATwalk 10k and 5k Saturday, November 14th

The next SAR race is the CATwalk 10k and 5k.  Online registration free!    Join Coach Lute Olson and family at this tremendous fundraising event for the Arizona Cancer Center.  CATwalk 2008 was a huge success with over 3,200 people walking and running to help raise $108,000 for the Bobbi Olson Fund at the Arizona Cancer Center —expect 2009 to be even better!

10k Run: CATwalk 2009 partners again with the Southern Arizona Roadrunners to host the CATwalk 10k Run, a 6.2 mile running race open to all ages and abilities. The 10K Run is two loops around the UA campus, starting at the relaxed hour of 10:00 am.

5k Fun Run: CATwalk 2009 introduces the first annual CATwalk 5k Run, a 3.1 mile running race open to all ages and abilities. The 5K Fun Run also starts at 10:00am. 

There will be plenty of great giveaway age-group awards and raffles throughout the day.

5k Non-Competitive Walk: Our flagship event is the CATwalk 5k, a 3.1 mile family-friendly walk. Thousands will walk with the Olson family in a celebration of wellness, health, and fitness. 5K Walk starts at 12:30 pm and the Kid’s Walk starts at 12:45 pm.Check Presentation: The Check Presentation will be held at 2:00.
