Happy Hour Hobble Announced Friday Night, May 24

Need some motivation to get in a Friday run but are also craving a cold drink to celebrate the end of another work week?  Don’t worry, SAR has you covered!

Join us for the first revival run of the Happy Hour Hobble on Friday, May 24th at Barrio Brewing Co.!  The night will include an easy run 2-4 mile run with friends, followed by trivia and oldest race t-shirt contest while you order up refreshments and food. What more could a runner ask for?

Details

Where: Barrio Brewing Co.  800 E 16th St Tucson, AZ 85719
When: Friday May 24th.  Registration (free) from 6:00 to 6:15, with the group run starting at 6:30.  Participants must sign a waiver before they hobble!
Route: 2-4 miles of snaking though the historic neighborhoods of downtown.  Directions and maps will be provided.
Trivia:  Don’t go too fast on this fun run!  You’ll want to keep your eyes open so you can answer “I spied” trivia questions after about some highlights along the course.  You won’t want to miss the prizes!
Oldest Race T-shirt Contest:  Dig into the back of your dresser drawers and pull out the oldest race t-shirt you can find.  There will be a special gift for the person sporting the oldest race shirt after the run!
Post-Run Food and Drinks:  Order up a cold beverage and some food to enjoy during while socializing with new and old running friends!  (You’ll have to cover your own tab.)
