The 4 Mile Couple’s Relay is designed so that each runner has a running partner. The first runner will carry a flower baton donated by Ingils Florists and will pass it to the second runner at the completion of the first 2 mile loop , along with a kiss or public display of affection of some sort in the “PDA Zone”. The second runner will race the final 2 mile loop.  Distances are not certified.
